We come out, read the loading, cut in an order that releases tension safely, and get the pressure off your house before we worry about tidy.

- Step 1
Call and describe it
Tell us what is down, what it is touching, and whether wires are involved. Anything on a power line is the utility's call before ours.
- Step 2
Read the load
On site we work out what is holding what. Compression and tension get identified before the first cut, especially on a trunk lying across a structure.
- Step 3
Relieve and remove
We cut in sequence to take the weight off your house or fence, then remove the rest of the tree the normal way, in sections.
- Step 4
Clear the site
Brush is chipped, logs are hauled, and the yard and drive get cleaned so you are not living around a debris pile.

Get everyone out from under that part of the house, stay away from any wires, and call us at (828) 797-8733. If a line is involved, call the utility first, because nobody should be working near an energized drop.
Do you take trees out of power lines?
The service drop and the line itself belong to the utility. Once they have made it safe, we handle the tree, the yard and the cleanup.
Can you document damage for insurance?
Yes. We can take photos of the tree, the damage and the work before we clear the site, and give you a written itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster.
